Although not mandatory, and “walk-ins” are always welcome, reservations are strongly recommended.
You can make an appointment for your services by calling us at 613-722-3456. One of our guest managers will be happy to assist you. Or make an appointment today!
Spa and Salon services with a value of $200 or more, require either a Gift Certificate number or a valid credit card number at the time of booking.
There is a booking fee of 20% of your service when booking online and that will be redeemed at checkout
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel your booked appointment, and 48 hours notice for multiple services. 50% of the service booked will be charged for any late cancellations and no show appointments. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our teams time.
